Fundraising and Donations
We understand that planning a fundraiser is all about keeping costs down and raising money for your organization. The Rafters Room offers extremely low cost/high value options for non-profits. Since we have been in business for many years, we understand events and are here to assist you in making your fundraiser not only unique and memorable, but profitable too. We offer the following:
Pick an evening and have fun working behind the bar pouring your guests their favorite wines or beers. This style of event is one of our most popular fundraisers because of the fun it creates not only for your guests, but for the bartenders as well. 10% off your sales along with all cash tips go directly to your organization and we waive any room fees!
Wine and/or Beer Tastings
Your organization will receive the same service as our on-site tasting event, but this option allows you to pick the venue. When you choose Three Cellars to provide the tasting, you will not have to do anything for the actual tasting, except promote, promote, promote! We take care of every aspect of the tasting, including a tasting sheet and order form so your guests will be able to order the wines through Three Cellars, and then pick them up at our Oak Creek location — with you keeping a portion of each sale.
Your own unique idea
The sky is the limit with our Rafters Room. It can seat around 125 people with its own private entrance and deck. You can have food catered, or have more of a pot-luck style. We have a sound system and monitor. Music is allowed, but the volume must be monitored. The room has an 8-beer tap system, and as many wines-by-the-glass as you would like. Soda and coffee are options as well. Sorry, but no carry-in beverages are allowed.
We require a written donation request to be dropped off, mailed, or e-mailed to us no later than two months in advance of your event. We would be happy to donate product to worthwhile causes, but please remember that donations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
