We also feature the following wines-by-the-glass and taps (follow us on BeerMenus). You may choose a full pour, or a taster-size — plus, flights of four wines or beers are available. 32-ounce Crowlers are also available so you can take tap beer home (Crowlers are not for in-store consumption).
SPAIN – Sweet and seamless on the palate, offering intense black and blue fruit flavors enlivened by juicy acidity.
CALIFORNIA – Jammy with a fruit flavor that is as ripe as it is robust, showing off punches of raspberry, mocha and milk chocolate.
ITALY – Very easy on the palate. Intense typical vinous bouquet, with a soft dry taste. Ideal with pasta, meats, sausages, and cheeses.
ITALY – Clean, and sweet with peach and tropical fruit flavors, fresh acidity and smooth, tiny bubbles.
NORWAY, WI – This semi-sweet white wine has hints of apricot, peach, pineapple, and honey nose and flavor.
FRANCE – Bright aromas of green apple and fennel, sustained by the palate that lends acidity to this full-bodied wine. The finish is clean.
ITALY – Fresh mineral notes and tropical fruit characters.
SPAIN – Sweet fresh oranges, lemons, and wonderful spices.
CALIFORNIA – Crisp and clean. Smells of violets, tangerine, and lime. Tropical flavors of citrus and banana, and the subtle salty characteristic.
CALIFORNIA – Berry flavors with an earthy body and a silky finish.
FRANCE – In Cahors, Malbec is called ‘Cot’ and in the Middle Ages it was called “black wine” for its deep, purple-ebony hue. The resulting wine is smoother and more fruity than other selections from Château du Cayrou.
CALIFORNIA – Smooth and silky with bright cherry and raspberry fruit notes, and a hint of toasted almonds. With light tannins, this easy drinking Pinot has a soft lingering finish.
CALIFORNIA – A bold wine that unfolds with ripe flavors of blackberry, black plum, and black cherry, coupled with cocoa and dusty cedar notes.
CALIFORNIA – Notes of pear, peach and green apple with a touch of cinnamon/nutmeg. Subtle oak nuances which are well integrated and evolve into a hint of minerality leading to a lingering clean finish.
ALASKA – Richly malty and long on the palate, with just enough hop backing to make this beautiful amber colored beer notably well-balanced.
ALASKA – The dark, robust body and pronounced smoky flavor of this beer makes it an adventuresome taste experience.
MISSOURI – Straw colored Belgian-style Saison brewed with chamomile flowers. Finishes dry, tart, and refreshing.
MICHIGAN – A huge hit of corn gives this one a smooth sweetness while its time spent aging in bourbon barrels will give you reason to share. Typically a slighted style, we thought we would class it up with a stay in the wood and a healthy dose of dry-hopping.
GREEN BAY, WI – Hop-forward ale showcases a complex blend of citrus-like American hop varieties, their bitterness well-balanced by complex malt for exceptional drinkability.
MILWAUKEE, WI – Happy Happy boasts triple the hops of our Happy Place, resulting in a beer that is bursting with hop character while retaining the great balance found in all of our beers.
OCONOMOWOC – The perfect definition of “session” beer. This Golden Ale is very easy drinking with a delicious malt backbone and crisp finish.
CALIFORNIA – A HUGE Imperial Stout with coffee added for a little extra kick, jet black with a multitude of toasty, roasty and caramel malt flavor.
SWEDEN – “Neb” is a Double IPA home brew recipe that has been scaled up with no consideration to economies of scale.
MILWAUKEE, WI – A Stout that is strikingly similar to Irish coffee with rich whiskey notes, a strong backbone of chocolate and coffee and a beautiful, creamy mouthfeel.
EAGLE RIVER, WI – A Wheat beer brewed with blueberries as a tribute to the Blueberry Train. Back in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s there was a train that carried wild blueberries from Conover to Chicago for processing called the Blueberry Train.
MADISON, WI – Well, what do you know? A classic unfiltered Bavarian-style wheat beer, our Weissbier (formerly known as “Weiss Blau”) has an inviting fruity/spicy aroma reminiscent of banana, citrus and clove.
ILLINOIS – Brewed with over five pounds of hops per barrel, this unfiltered Double IPA is sure to please the most discerning hop lover.
POTOSI, WI – A golden ale with a delicate malt flavor and sweet finish. Light in body, full in flavor.
MILWAUKEE, WI – Brewed to sweep the palate as it subsequently caresses the throat, this goldenrod-amber high profile beer stays sharply focused throughout drinking experience.
OHIO – Rich caramel flavor with a smooth mouthfeel makes this doppelbock mysteriously delicious.

MINNESOTA – 1919 is brewed in small batches with only the finest ingredients… real granulated sugar (the sweetener of choice during the prohibition era) and real vanilla. Our unique recipe and these choice ingredients make 1919 the creamiest, full-bodied, draft root beer available. In addition, 1919 is alcohol-free and contains no corn syrup, gluten, or caffeine.
