Beer (Tap)

Beer (Tap)

Alaskan: Amber

ALASKA – Richly malty and long on the palate, with just enough hop backing to make this beautiful amber colored beer notably well-balanced.

Alaskan: 2017 Smoked Porter

ALASKA – The dark, robust body and pronounced smoky flavor of this beer makes it an adventuresome taste experience.

Perennial: Saison de Lis

MISSOURI – Straw colored Belgian-style Saison brewed with chamomile flowers. Finishes dry, tart, and refreshing.

Founders: DKML

MICHIGAN – A huge hit of corn gives this one a smooth sweetness while its time spent aging in bourbon barrels will give you reason to share. Typically a slighted style, we thought we would class it up with a stay in the wood and a healthy dose of dry-hopping.

Titletown: Green 19 IPA

GREEN BAY, WI – Hop-forward ale showcases a complex blend of citrus-like American hop varieties, their bitterness well-balanced by complex malt for exceptional drinkability.

Third Space: Happy Happy DIPA

MILWAUKEE, WI – Happy Happy boasts triple the hops of our Happy Place, resulting in a beer that is bursting with hop character while retaining the great balance found in all of our beers.

Sweet Mullets: Drifter Golden Ale

OCONOMOWOC – The perfect definition of “session” beer. This Golden Ale is very easy drinking with a delicious malt backbone and crisp finish.

Alesmith: Speedway Stout

CALIFORNIA – A HUGE Imperial Stout with coffee added for a little extra kick, jet black with a multitude of toasty, roasty and caramel malt flavor.

Omnipollo: Nebuchadnezzar

SWEDEN – “Neb” is a Double IPA home brew recipe that has been scaled up with no consideration to economies of scale.

Third Space: Mystic Knot

MILWAUKEE, WI – A Stout that is strikingly similar to Irish coffee with rich whiskey notes, a strong backbone of chocolate and coffee and a beautiful, creamy mouthfeel.

Tribute: Blueberry Train

EAGLE RIVER, WI – A Wheat beer brewed with blueberries as a tribute to the Blueberry Train. Back in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s there was a train that carried wild blueberries from Conover to Chicago for processing called the Blueberry Train.

Vintage Brewing: Weiss Nix

MADISON, WI – Well, what do you know? A classic unfiltered Bavarian-style wheat beer, our Weissbier (formerly known as “Weiss Blau”) has an inviting fruity/spicy aroma reminiscent of banana, citrus and clove.
